Be specific about the feature
“Check quality” is too broad for an inspection brief. Identify the visible feature that matters: a missing component, a mark, an orientation or an assembly condition. Describe what is acceptable and what needs review.
Use representative parts
Collect examples across the normal range of materials, finishes and product variants. Include borderline cases. Review camera position, illumination and part presentation together so that normal variation is not confused with a defect.
Define what happens next
The inspection result must fit the production process. Decide how questionable parts are handled and when an operator should review a result. JannMax brings the inspection task, engineering constraints and evaluation criteria into one practical scope.
